1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ClickGeta Digital ("Platform"), a social platform that enables users to leverage self-marketing advertising opportunities while earning rewards for engaging with content.
1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

- "User" means an individual or entity that uses the Platform.
- "Content" refers to any text, images, videos, or other media uploaded, posted, or shared on the Platform.
- "Advertiser" means an individual or entity that creates and publishes ads on the Platform.
- "Rewards" means the incentives or earnings provided to Users for engaging with Content.

3. User Accounts

3.1 To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide required information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself.

4. Content and Advertising

4.1 You are responsible for any Content you upload, post, or share on the Platform.
4.2 Advertisers are responsible for the content and accuracy of their ads.
4.3 You agree not to upload, post, or share Content that is:
* Illegal, harmful, or offensive
* Infringing on intellectual property rights
* Misleading or deceptive
* In violation of these Terms

5. Rewards and Payments

5.1 Rewards are earned when you engage with Content. Those rewards depends also on user packages, pro users earn higher points from points per activity
5.2 Rewards are paid out in accordance with the Platform's payment terms and policies.
5.3 ClickGeta Digital reserves the right to modify or terminate Rewards at any time.

5.4 Before users can withdraw their free earnings, they are required to have at least 50 Naira direct earning, which can come from affiliate, marketplace or monetization earning.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 ClickGeta Digital owns the intellectual property rights to the Platform and its features.
6.2 You grant ClickGeta Digital a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute any Content you upload, post, or share on the Platform.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 ClickGeta Digital is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
7.2 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

8.1 ClickGeta Digital reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Platform at any time.
8.2 Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will cease.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 ClickGeta Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
9.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration.
